Kränzle Oil Sight Glass M18x1.5

How to use

1. Drain the pump oil or lower the level below the sight glass (Use the drain plug at the bottom of the pump housing or tilt the machine)

2. Unscrew the old, worn sight glass from the pump housing (Work carefully so you do not damage the thread in the housing)

3. Screw in the new oil sight glass and tighten it hand tight (Do not overtighten, that can crack the glass)

4. Refill the pump with oil to the middle of the sight glass (Use the pump oil Kränzle specifies for your model)

While you are working on the pump, check the metal parts with the Bilt Hamber Ferrosol Penetrating Oil to guard against rust.
