Koch Chemie HAC Hull Precleaner Acid 1 L

HAC Hull Precleaner Acid is a highly concentrated, acidic pre-cleaner built for boat hulls and decks, suitable for gelcoat, boat paint, marine plastic surfaces and stainless steel. The combination of mild acids and surfactants effectively dissolves stubborn limescale and rust stains without unnecessarily attacking the underlying material. Dilute the product 1:10 with water for normal soiling or use it undiluted for heavy buildup, apply it with a pressure sprayer or wash sponge and let it work for a maximum of 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with water. Never use HAC on wood, aluminum or galvanized steel, always wear safety goggles due to the acid, and never let the product dry onto surfaces that are hot from the sun. Also available in 10 liters for anyone regularly treating larger surfaces.

How to use

1. Dilute HAC 1:10 with water for normal soiling (Use the product undiluted for heavy limescale or rust after a test)

2. Apply it with a pressure sprayer or wash sponge onto the surface (Avoid contact with wood, aluminum and galvanized steel)

3. Let it work for a maximum of 5 minutes without drying in (For stubborn spots, work them over with a soft interior brush if needed)

4. Rinse thoroughly with water, including hard-to-reach spots (Wear safety goggles throughout the whole treatment due to the acid)

Mix HAC diluted in the Koch Chemie Empty Bottle for controlled use on the hull.
