The 3M 33632 Precision Orbital Sanding Machine is a pneumatic dual-action orbital sander with a 150mm disc diameter, built for professional paint preparation in the bodyshop and spray booth. The aluminium housing with composite coating is robust enough for daily workshop use. The variable speed controller gives the operator precise control over the sanding pattern for each surface. Connect to compressed air (Attach the machine to your compressor. Refer to the technical documentation for minimum compressor pressure and required air consumption.)
Mount the correct sanding disc (Attach a suitable 150mm sanding disc (hook-and-loop) to the backing plate. Select the grit based on the required preparation step.)
Set the speed (Use the variable speed dial to match the rotation to the surface being worked. Start low and increase as needed.)
Work the surface (Move the machine in overlapping passes with consistent pressure. Dust extraction keeps the work surface visible and clean.)
