The Koch Chemie Fine Cut Polishing Pad is developed for use with Koch Chemie Fine Cut Polish, together they form a strong duo for light to medium paint correction. The open cell foam distributes the polish evenly over the surface, providing stable heat management and a consistent, even finish without haze or excessive micro scratches. The pad is soft enough to effectively remove swirls, fine scratches and oxidation without stressing the paint, and keeps performing after multiple polishing sessions. Available in 45, 80, 130 and 150 mm, so you have the right size for every panel and backing plate.

How to use

1. Attach the pad to a matching backing plate on your polisher (Check that the diameter matches the pad)

2. Apply a small amount of Fine Cut Polish to the pad (Spread it out with the machine before starting at speed)

3. Work panel by panel with moderate pressure and overlapping motions (Clean the pad when it becomes saturated with polish)
