Why a foaming cleaner
Liquid cleaners saturate leather with moisture quickly, and that is exactly what can make a leather trim stiff as it dries. So Colourlock chose a foam: it uses less product and stays at the surface, where the dirt sits. It is meant for light soiling and routine maintenance on smooth, surface-dyed leather. Never directly on the leather
Important: do not spray or pour the foam directly onto the leather, but always onto a sponge or soft brush first. That keeps you in control of how much product you use and prevents wet patches. On an unfamiliar or delicate upholstery type, test on an inconspicuous spot first for changes in colour and texture.
How to use it
Into the foamer. Pour the Mild Leather Cleaner into the matching foamer bottle so you get a light foam.
Onto sponge or brush. Apply the foam to a sponge or soft brush, never directly onto the leather.
Seam to seam. Clean the leather calmly from seam to seam and repeat the pass on stubborn dirt rather than rubbing harder.
Wipe and dry. Wipe off the loosened dirt and cleaning residue with a damp cloth, then let the leather dry.
