D-CON Crystal Clear APC is a colourless, odourless all-purpose cleaner for almost any surface inside and outside the car. You dilute it to the job, apply it to the spot, let it dwell briefly and wipe it off with a clean cloth. Because it is colourless and odourless, it leaves no residue or smell. What Crystal Clear does
An all-purpose cleaner is your workhorse for the interior and more. D-CON lists Crystal Clear as suitable for plastic trim, vinyl, rubber, fabric upholstery, carpet, mats, dashboard, door panels, glass, wheels, tires and the engine bay. Because it is transparent and odourless, it is pleasant to use in the interior.
Diluting to the job
D-CON gives two guide dilutions: more diluted for the interior, less diluted for the exterior. When in doubt start weaker and work up.

How to use it
Dilute. Mix Crystal Clear with water to the job: more diluted for interior, less for exterior.
Apply. Apply the solution to the spot or surface.
Let it dwell briefly. Give it about ten to sixty seconds to loosen the dirt.
Wipe off. Wipe the dirt away with a clean, absorbent cloth.
What to watch for
Always test Crystal Clear on a hidden spot first, certainly on sensitive surfaces like untreated leather, high-gloss piano-black plastic or bare aluminium. Do not work on a hot surface or in full sun. For a heavier degreaser or a pH-neutral variant you can also look at the Bilt Hamber Surfex HD or the Koch Chemie Green Star.
