The High End Ceramic Coating at T&H Car Care in Borne starts with extensive paint preparation. We perform a full decontamination, followed by multi-stage polishing to achieve a flawless surface. Then we apply multiple layers of Gtechniq ceramic coating, each one curing before the next is added. This builds an incredibly durable, hydrophobic shield over your paint.

Step by step
Every panel is inspected under professional LED inspection lighting and the paint thickness is measured and documented. Stone chips, deep scratches, and other damage are identified. Based on this, we compile the treatment plan and discuss expectations.
The vehicle is thoroughly cleaned with osmosis water and pH-neutral shampoo. The paintwork is then chemically decontaminated with iron and tar removers, followed by a clay bar treatment with finest grade clay. After this, the surface is completely free of contaminants.
After cleaning, the paintwork is machine-polished in multiple stages (cutting, polishing, ultra-finishing) with 3D premium compounds. Each stage further refines the surface to absolute perfection. Under inspection lighting, we check every panel for remaining imperfections.
The paint surface is wiped down with IPA to remove all residue. The Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light coating is applied panel by panel in multiple layers by our certified applicator. Each layer is carefully built up for maximum hardness and protection.
The coating is cured under controlled temperature and humidity conditions for optimal chemical bonding. After curing (minimum 12–24 hours), we perform a full final inspection under inspection lighting. You receive an official Gtechniq warranty certificate.
