ProElite Tirmen Truck Foam in the 200 L drum is designed for car wash stations and TIR installations with high daily wash volumes. The alkaline active foam formula builds a thick, clinging foam that lifts heavy road grime, soot, and grease from hard-to-reach areas including the undercarriage. Solvent-free and safe for coatings and paintwork. Compatible with foam lances, high-pressure injectors, Dosatron systems, and automated wash stations. pH 11.5-12.5 at 1 percent dilution for strong degreasing performance on vehicles. The 200 L drum offers a lower cost per litre compared to smaller containers and is suited to wash stations that clean large numbers of vehicles daily. A suitable drum pump or inline pump is recommended for safe and accurate dispensing.

How to use

1. Fit a suitable pump to the drum for safe dispensing.

2. Choose the correct dilution for your system and use a suitable pump for safe dispensing. (Foam lance: 1:1 or 1:2. High-pressure injector or Dosatron: 1.0 percent to 4.0 percent. The correct ratio produces a thick, cream-like foam comparable to shaving foam.)

3. Apply foam evenly to the vehicle, including hard-to-reach areas, and allow it to dwell. (Do not allow the product to dry on the surface. Ideal dwell time is 2-5 minutes depending on the level of soiling.)

4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water or a pressure washer.
