D-CON Ceramic Wash is a ceramic car shampoo that lays a hydrophobic layer on your paint while you wash. That way you improve the water repellency of both coated and uncoated paint in the same session in which you wash. You dose about 30 ml per 13 litres of water and wash with the two-bucket method. What Ceramic Wash does
Where a regular shampoo only cleans, Ceramic Wash adds protection. D-CON states that it lays a temporary ceramic layer that makes water bead and roll off. That layer lasts, according to D-CON, about four to six washes with a regular shampoo. Important: apply it to an already-clean surface, so after snow-foaming, washing and rinsing.
Regular or ceramic shampoo
Ceramic Wash sits between a regular shampoo and a separate coating. The table shows the difference from a classic gloss shampoo.

How to use it
Pre-clean. Snow-foam, wash and rinse the car so the paint is clean.
Dose. Put about 30 ml of Ceramic Wash in a bucket with 13 litres of water and shake the bottle.
Wash. Wash with a wash mitt and the two-bucket method.
Rinse and dry. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a microfiber drying towel.

What to watch for
