Bilt Hamber Surfex HD All Purpose Cleaner 1L

Surfex HD is Bilt Hamber's water-based all purpose cleaner (APC) that matches solvent cleaners in performance without hazardous fumes. The alkaline formula at pH 13 cuts through grease, oil, and organic soiling on paintwork, wheels, tyres, fabric, and interior.

Biodegradable and winner of the Auto Express Product Award 2018. Dilute from 1:200 for light dust to neat for heavy engine grease, and one bottle covers every cleaning task on the car. At high dilution the concentrate gives 10 to 200 litres of ready-to-use solution per litre, making it very economical. On paintwork, dilute to at least 1:50 to keep wax and sealants intact. Suitable for both professional detailers and home enthusiasts.

How to use

1. Choose your dilution based on the level of soiling (1:10 for wheels and engine bay, 1:50 for paintwork and glass, 1:100 to 1:200 for light dust)

2. Spray onto the cool surface and leave for 30 to 60 seconds (Always work in the shade, not in direct sunlight on warm panels)

3. Agitate stubborn soiling with a brush (Wheels and engine bay: use a stiff wheel brush for embedded grease and brake dust)

4. Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water (Always rinse, including on surfaces where a rinse step is not usually expected)
