Step by step
We assess the cabin: the type (day cab or sleeper), the degree of soiling, specific problem areas and potentially the sleeping compartment. Based on this, we create a treatment plan and provide a time estimate.
The outside of the cabin is thoroughly washed: paintwork, windows, mirrors, step, wind deflectors, chrome work and wheel arches are cleaned by hand. In cases of heavy soiling or oxidation of chrome parts, these are treated and polished separately.
The interior is fully vacuumed: seats, floor mats, dashboard seams, storage compartments, sleeping area and all corners. Loose dirt, crumbs, sand and dust are thoroughly removed in preparation for the deep cleaning.
All textile surfaces — seats, mats, curtains, mattress and upholstery — are treated with professional steam cleaning. Steam removes ingrained dirt, bacteria, sweat residue and odours. Dashboard, steering wheel, gear lever and controls are disinfected.
Dashboard, centre console, all displays, ventilation grilles and storage compartments are cleaned and finished. The sleeping compartment (if present) is treated separately: mattress steamed, cabinets cleaned, fridge cleaned out. Windows are finished streak-free for optimal visibility.
