The High End Exterior at T&H Car Care in Borne is our most comprehensive exterior service. It includes a full decontamination wash, iron fallout removal, clay bar treatment, multi-stage machine polishing with Rupes equipment and Menzerna compounds, and finishing with a premium wax or sealant. Every step is performed by hand with meticulous attention to detail.

Step by step
We begin with a detailed inspection of the entire exterior under professional LED inspection light. Every panel is assessed for swirls, scratches, oxidation, stone chips and other imperfections. Paint thickness is measured and documented. Based on this, we create a tailored treatment plan.
The vehicle is cleaned with osmosis water (completely lime-free) to prevent water spots and mineral deposits. We exclusively use pH-neutral shampoo, the softest possible wash mitts and the two-bucket method. Wheels are treated separately with acid-free wheel cleaner.
The paint surface is treated with iron remover and tar remover to eliminate all invisible contaminants. The paint is then treated with ultra-fine clay for a perfectly smooth surface. For exclusive vehicles, we use the finest grade clay to minimise the risk of marring.
Using professional polishing machines and Menzerna premium compounds, we carry out a multi-stage polishing procedure: cutting, polishing and ultra-finishing. Each step refines the result further to a perfect, deep gloss without holograms. For soft paints (such as Porsche or Ferrari), we work extra carefully with adjusted speeds and pressure.
After polishing, the entire vehicle is wiped down with IPA to remove all polishing residue. Under inspection light, we check the result panel by panel. All details are finished: trim strips, emblems, sills, window rubbers and exhaust tips.
Finally, we apply a premium Gtechniq ceramic coating or high-end sealant for long-lasting protection. Wheels, windows and plastic parts are coated separately with specific products. The result is a vehicle with a breathtaking gloss that is protected for years.
